Yes, lunch can be sophisticated.  During the presentation of each dinner course, we share preparation details and where the ingredients were sourced.

We will maintain a COVID-19 safe environment throughout your time with AAC. Whether it is picking up your lunch before you hit the trail for a day of adventure, or when you return to your site and are ready for dinner, know that your meals will be safely prepared and served, following current CDC COVID-19 guidelines.
