AlpenGlow Adventure Catering’s most esteemed farm-to-table package allows you and your loved ones to experience culinary delicacies. You may find it hard to believe this elevated dining experience, in a campsite reserved for you and up to seven others (eight total). Twinkling lights dancing through the trees and LED candles will lead you to your finely appointed dining table for the evening.
You can also enjoy this dining package at your own home.
With menu items such as Seared Sablefish with Charred Asparagus, Pickled Ramps, and an Arugula Salad with a Burnt Orange Gastrique or a Fire Roasted Duck dinner, an array of meats, cheeses, wines, and vegetables from the local area will be served to you. Our chefs prepare meats and vegetables over open flame and coals. This style of cooking allows the exceptional flavor to be imparted into your meals. 

This package can be upgraded to include hot and cold breakfasts and sophisticated lunches to take with you on your next day's adventure.
